my files can be seen in the browser also it could be loaded to both decks but the only problem is that in the title and artist section, their respective titles and artist won't display. I tried renaming those said tracks but still displays to be blank. what could be a solution to my problem? PLEASE HELP ASAP. thanks guys in advance and more power.

VirtualDJ will fill the Artist and Title fields of the database using the iD3Tags by default.
If your tracks dont have updated iD3tags or you dont care of updating, then change the getTitlefromTags setting from OPTIONS to No.
For the tracks that VirtualDJ has already added in Database (so fields are filled with the empty Tags), you may have to do a Batch "Parse filenames" (right click option)

thank you for the reply sir but how will I be able to apply those settings? can you provide me a step-by-step tutorial, where to locate the said settings and options so that I could apply it. thanks :)
