I cant get the laptop to load the ddjsz in any of the configs in vdj8 any ideas

If you follow the instructions exactly in the link above there should be no issues.

Hi and thank you for your help. I did all the updates, and now the sound drivers are there and I think I set it all up right....I used it today at a gig and worked well. but I have a couble of things I just havent figuarded out .. like
1)how do you change an effect. i can turn a effect on but how do you scrool up or down to choose one. and
2) the bigger problem was on either deck if i go it sample and played one. its played not only on the slider of the playing deck but also plays on line 1 and 2. what is that about. also the sample vol and silver knob under it , i think its called the sound color knob on either side isnt working as far as i can see.
I reallly look forward to getting your input and help.

1. On Single FX mode, SHIFT+FX1 button advances to the next effect. On Multi FX mode, SHIFT+FX1, FX2 or FX3 advances to the next effect for slots 1,2,3 respectively
2. Check your Sampler Output channels. The Sampler Volume knob works, but you must turn it all way to 100% each time you start VirtualDj so that it gets in "sync" with the software. Finally the "silver knobs" (Color FX) are there to use the hardware based "Colr FX" of the unit. Just press one of the available "Color FX" buttons on the left side of mixer (ECHO, FILTER, PITCH, JET) and turn the knob(s)
