I just cancelled my subscription just in case.
I've got this message on my profile: ContentUnlimited Audio:Subscription Cancelled (but still valid until May 25)

Check the contract.
I'll imagine when a new service is launched Atomix will make good, but I can't say for sure, It all depends on whom lies the liability.
Although maybe the record companies will take it on as a going concern, once the unlicenced stuff has been wiped.
