If your Audio configuration is Master & Headphones then all you need to do is to use the REC button you will find in the MASTER panel of the default VirtualDJ Skins or the RECORD tab of VirtualDJ Settings.
If you are using an Audio Setup with External mixer (deck 1, deck 2 etc), you will need to be more specific on the sound cards and controllers/gear you are using, in order to provide you further instructions.
