Is there a plugin available that allows me to do an adjustable turntable break without stopping the track being played?
Like this: https://virtualdj.com/addons/1518/Long_Brake.html but without stopping the actual song being played.

Not sure. That plugin is for Windows and I'm on a Mac...

BrakeStart is included by default or you can edit "rampStartTime" and "rampStopTime" (value in miliseconds)
