When I delete unused effects from my hard drive, the name of it still shows up in VDJ8 as if it's still there. I'm trying to keep effects I don't use to a minimum so I don't see them when I scroll through quickly.

I just found out in the user guide they can't be deleted.

But they can be moved to via effect select drop down to another folder.

I'm trying to shift the effects around so that my most used rise to the top.

They list alphabetically
Right click > create group, drag unwanted FX to group.

Click on the pin button on the Effects List.
Right-Click and create a group/folder named as "Ignore"
Put all of the unwanted Effects to that group.
The effect Select actions will currently not ignore this folder, but this will work from next build, so get prepared ;)
