I was curious if there has been or ever will be a hangout created?
It would be kind nice to be able to see first hand what the masters of the skinning community could show us.
Weather it's skinning help or tips and tricks.... A real time demonstration could be key

That would be great to have a Google hangout. I do use the plastic modeling hangout regularly and it would be very helpful to have the hangout. Then I could share what I have learned about the XML files and how to set them up.
I will see if I can get one started. May need permissions from VDJ Automix first. I will check and see.

I think they would frown down upon that because then anybody could get skins in a way.

Some of us are visual learners. I'm not sure how demonstrating code would allow for free skins?
I would think of it as a cummunity classroom. Not a place to grab free stuff. But, I'd like to see the staff at VDJ be part of the mentoring.
