Did you perform a new clean install (formatting HDD / installing windows) or did you just do an upgrade? with an upgrade all of windows (7 / 8 / 8.1) files are stored in a separate folder on the root of the system drive in a folder named (Windows.old) your old Virtual DJ folder should be in there with the XML file of all of your music directory & BPM's copy the XML file to your new Virtual DJ folder I have done this with upgrades in the past and it has worked also i have backed up my Virtual DJ folder for clean installs and copied it to new Installation and have never lost my BPM's, Tags, Cues, etc... good luck hope this helps I have not made the jump yet happy with Windows 7 Pro I have over 750,000 songs already beat matched took me months to do I would be very frustrated if i ever lost it and had to do it all over again
