Topic: VDJ7 pro with VDJ8 purchase

Im trying to find out if i decide to purchase the full version of VDJ8 pro (for any controller unlimited) can i install VDJ7 instead of 8 and move to 8 at a later time no additional costs?
Will the CU work with the VDJ7 pro?
