I had this problem before amongst a previous thread (which i could not re-allocate with a search)...aside from just going back to factory settings is there an easier way to remove "shop demo mode" so i don't have to go back and set my settings again in config?

edit setting.xml file in a text editor change this line
<shopDemoMode>yes</shopDemoMode>
to
<shopDemoMode>no</shopDemoMode>
alternatively delete settings.xml file but all settings will be defaulted this way

You could edit settings.xml (look for the line <shopDemoMode> and change yes to no).

I went to VirtualDJ Settings found that line <shopDemoMode>yes BUT i don't know how to change the yes to a no? how can i change/edit this xml document? I thought edit would be built in automatically or do i have to use another program for editing?

The settings.xml file is just text - you can use Notepad to edit it.

1)Ok saved this command to Notepad on Desktop: <shopDemoMode>no</shopDemoMode>
2) if I open this saved document (Notepad) from desktop i then opt to choose '"save as"
3) I then Search Virtual DJ Folder
4) Which sub-folder of VDJ should I then save it to? saving it as an .xml does not bring up "settings" as a sub folder only "all files" can i access the "settings" sub-folder? i'm stuck here which virtualDJ sub folder to save it to?
thanks again

You mean the 10min test time on the free version?
You remove that by buying a license
