i hoped todays update would fix this.. this and the build previous to it has an annoying "bug" when you move the cursor up or down through the music lists it highlights seemingly every other file. previous builds didnt do this

Cant reproduce it.
Can you provide exact steps ? What are you using to select/focus folders and tracks ? Any specific script actions ?
Is this skin related ? Can you reproduce with the default skin ?

I am having the same issue on this early access build! This is weird. I'll tell you the steps. i use the mouse and go up and down, not the scroller. It automatically highlights some songs. Sometimes they are highlighted for a second. And sometimes longer....This is weird.
 
A little bit more info.... It does it on all skins. Even on the default. But the default skin has grey colour you dont see it that much but its there. I am using fruity v8 where its kinda black and you can see it clearly. As soon as you use the scroller the songs get unmarked.

Ok managed to reproduce and reported to Team.

It happens on all skins. Its just that at the dark one you can see easier. I am using fruity v8 and i see it.

I dont know how i didn't see this before but it is happening even with the public build. Confirmed it on 2 Laptops. 1 Windows 7 64 Bit. 1 Windows 10 64 Bit.
 
Yes, it's an issue in the current public build too.

Yes, we are aware. The problem has been identified and a fix is being tested.
 
Is that the same bug I reported earlier?
 
Using default skin. Are you talking lightly highlighting each song as you scroll through? I can't seem to duplicate what Maxx pictured.

If you went through the comments you would see that it has nothing to do with scrolling. Go back and read the comments again. I've confirmed it on 10 PCs with pro licence
