So if both Keys VID_TRANS_ACTIVE and LED_VID_TRANS_ACTIVE are mapped as mic, close VirtualDJ and re-open, the Led of the button is On ?

Yes and mic is active

Try to assign a custom button on your skin as mic and see if it lights up when you launch VirtualDJ.
If Mic is added to the Audio setup, it shouldnt enable it by default.
Maybe there is some action to the ONINIT of your controller/keyboard/skin that enables Mic on launch ??

oh i see...
Since the Ergo doesnt have a MIC On/Off button, the Mic Volume knob was mapped to turn on the Mic if its position greater than zero..
param_smaller 1% ? mic off & mic_volume : mic on & mic_volume
So in case you need to have a button to turn mic on, you will also need to assign the MIC VOL key as mic_volume instead of the action above.
But weird that this wasnt happening with 8.1 as well, unless you have recently added the mic action to the new button.
