If you go to the Hercules support site and tell it you have the instinct p8 there is a driver update for all Hercules controllers that doesn't show up if you select a different controller. This seems to have fixed some ASIO problems I was having with windows 10 on my RMX2 and older Instinct. It's the HDJS2016.2 drivers, not sure if there's other ways to access it or not.
