I am trying to remove everything except vocals from songs how do I do this in VDJ 8?!?!?!?!

You can't (in any software). It's like trying to take the egg back out of a cake once it's mixed.
If you want accapellas then you will have to use ones that have been officially released.
In theory, mixing the original with an out of phase instrumental version might get you somewhere towards it, but it won't sound great.
