How can I get clone deck function to work without using the mouse like as on the diagram Clone Deck? By using the MC4000?
Manual says, "Hold SHIFT down and then use these buttons to clone the deck to the opposite side"
Problem is, if Deck 1 is half way playing and I want this to clone this track on to deck 2 (because I want to have this track playing in its current position on deck 2 not deck 1) using as the manual says it will load to deck 2 but it will NOT play. Plus if the track is not on focus "highlighted" then another track get loaded.

Its mapped as SHIFT+LOAD, so what it does is instead of loading a track to this deck, use whatever there is on the other side. And i believe its the same way as in the skin.
So the the Left SHift+LOAD loads/clones right deck to left deck and vice versa.
Seems to be working fine here.
If you press SHIFT+LOAD on Left deck and Right deck is not playing then the Left deck will load the track of the other deck but will not play, since its copying the playing status too.
You can also change the action of the LOAD buttons to ..
shift ? clone_deck : holding ? unload : load
This will make the buttons to clone the called deck to the opposite, so SHIFT+LOAD on left side will copy left deck to the right.
