Could I just buy the non-pro license which is $99 for the 10 minute limit to go away so i could use it as long as I want for my ddj sb2.

Yes you could just buy the $99 license - if you will only be using your DDJ-SB2 at home.
If you're a working DJ who's being paid for regular gigs then you'll need the full Pro (Infinity) license.
Also bear in mind that the $99 license is tied to the controller you buy it for, so if you change controller it means buying another license.
