Sorry I have been away for a few days - I am not referring to the software - Nowhere in my thread was I referring to the software - I am referring to the website design and language. Since you asked for images - here is something better - the actual sites.

Looking at Rekordbox again - other then the home page - everything else still sucks, manual is a PDF, forum is basic AF. Serato on other hand has consistent design language on their website throughout, including the forums.
All Virtual DJ needs to do is make a responsive version of its existing site and use some design language that is current and modern. Also a website audit wouldn't hurt - pictures of old equipment - that weird video - all need to go.

Kradcliffe I agree with you! I think they could keep the same skin which is now but to be more customized like vertical option of the deck ,display mode where would be just track waves and main rhythm waves on the screen only ,similar like dj phantom created in his new skin which is a beauty more variations based on default skin virtual lite skin is nice.

@themac85... Yea, I think we can make our front page be a little more intuitive and fashionable. But our forum and doc section is the SHIT!!! I love the design and flow of it.

New looks for frontpage is coming :) and we are updating/changing looks and interface at intervals.
Nothing stays "modern" forever, and some updates to looks every now and then we do .. .
Things are already very different from 1st to current site, app gui etc..
The more modern landing page has been worked on already, and probably will come soon ;-)
Usually its nice to re-vamp/re-design/update around something significant like when VirtualDJ 8 was released, and we'll see if we'll do it with something nice new this time around as well ;-)
But no worries, totally agreed that the website landing-pages have evolved a lot over the last years, and we'll be doing some updates as well ;-)

I don't agree the forums in the others are better. The deeper you go the worse it gets.Also, looks like you cannot upload image content in the Serato forum?

You did not provide any evidence about the UI being better in the others. In my opinion the UI for rekordBox looks 3rd grade. All 3 are missing some details that should not happen.
Serato is a simpler program... It may never lend itself to doing video. Hardly works at all here in latest version and was very bad in 2009 when I first tested it.
