So let's see where to begin. I have posted on the VDJ Facebook page and get mostly smart a** comments. How come it says my license is a 28 day demo when I have the full version. Other times it asks me to identify myself which I did, it still stops working after 10 minutes. Also when connecting my american audio vms 2 controller it asks for the disc code, I enter it and it gives a link that is cut off, so not much good that will do.

Where exactly do you see this ? If you are logged in with your virtualdj.com account credentials, you should see "VirtualDJ Pro Infinity" under Licenses in the LICENSES tab of VirtualDJ Settings window. If you see something else, (or more) please post a screenshot here.

If you are logged in with your virtualdj.com account credentials and you see "VirtualDJ Pro Infinity" under Licenses, then none of the above warning/messages should pop-up.
Please provide screenshots and further details.
PS. Even though Facebook is a popular Support place to visit in nowdays, our official Support and/or a dedicated post in these Forums are much preferred to resolve technical issues, or else you could be lost in a very generic discussion and comments
