Please don't shoot me down - this is an honest question and not about sharing my license with anyone...!
My 10 year old lad loves playing around with VDJ - he is really getting into Djing at the moment. I am quite happy for him to use my spare laptop at home, but if he logs in to the laptop when I'm out playing at a gig, will my software stop working? Obviously couldn't risk that if I'm playing live!

You can have two licences live at any time with no issues.
Technically one for playout and one for backup per the EULA.
If a third computer logs in while you are on a gig nothing will happen, however f you have to restart the software for any reason then the licence on the oldest logged in machine will be deactivated and you will have to log in again when restarted.
