I also bought new decks last year November, after a 5 year hiatus and one week before my first gig in a while.
Of all the articles and blogs I read at the time; the best advice I got to deal with the nerves, was to remember that at the end of the day; you are just playing one track to the next. No need to over stress it and make sure you do manage to have fun most importantly too.

thanks. i only use the online pools too practice and get an idea of what type of music ill be looking at using for my next gi when i perform at live events i dont use net search as its too risky to have a line drop out from internet provider and completly put thinggs into a sramble on the nigh much appreciatedthanks again :)
