My Headphones gets active if i touch the wheel and i cant scratch with way can i turn this off someway?

some more infos would be helpful:
OS, VDJ build-No., controller etc....
 
From VirtualDJ Settings-->OPTIONS tab, search for the setting autoHeadphones and set it either to No or On Load
