When I push any of the Cue buttons on the software or on the controller, the Loop function activates and I have to quickly click on it to turn the loop off. Only happens on Deck 1, and like I said using computer or controller, so it's definitely software. Any ideas on where that could be programmed incorrectly or how to fix it?

Try resetting the controller to factory default programming.

Check the pad page for that deck isn't set to cueloop. It should be hotcues.

It was the Cueloop setting. Looked right at that several times and never saw it. Thanks @kradcliffe !
