Pls after scratching, it sometimes start normal and sometimes too dismix it doesn't march like how I like it so there is a way that after releasing it starts from hot_cue

There is a way so that it starts where it would have been if you haven't started scratching
It's called "slip mode", and depending on your controller, there is probably a button for it - if not you can select it on the deck on the screen

But also remember: You usually don't scratch on the playing deck
You usually scratch a specific sound on the opposite deck, and then "cut it in" using the crossfader - and then back out when there is no more scratching
That way the playing track/deck isn't touched/disturbed at all, and simply continue playing
 
Thanks for that but I mean immediately u remove your hand from the jog wheel then it starts from the hot cue u used

How do you scratch ? Mouse ? Controller ? DVS ?
 
Please, I use controller and I use numark mixtrack platinum. I sometimes too uses keyboard
 
Put this command on a button:

repeat_start_instant 'ScrRelFX' ? repeat_stop 'ScrRelFX' : repeat_start_instant 'ScrRelFX' 5ms & touchwheel_touch ? set 'VinylTouch' 1 : var_equal 'VinylTouch' 1 ? set 'VinylTouch' 0 & goto_cue : nothing

Click on the button to engage auto return. Click again to turn off.

This command is per deck, therefore you want to map a button that's common on both sides of your controller.

Edit: for the LED of the button use
repeat_start_instant 'ScrRelFX' ? on : off
OR:
repeat_start_instant 'ScrRelFX' ? var_equal 'VinylTouch' 1 ? blink 250ms : on : off

Boss u do all and my last question.

Please do we have a way that, maybe when playing the song and u want to start from SKIP SILENCE not cue point.

Because if I cue from that point it won't march the song.
 
Boss please where to put this one is the problem but the first one works and i think if i add it, it will make it work better.

I mean the type, we have led jog, etc so boss please which one
 
On the led of the button you used to put the code above

If you used the button FX3 for instance then you need to enter the code on the LED_FX3

My scratch DNA doesn't scratch it always play as hot cue.
