The "Muted" indicator is added to "Artist" field and in "Title" field with a permanent dash
it can appear anywhere in constructed display strings
Would be fine to simply remove this extra "Muted" indicator from these fields it does not have to display in
and leave Artist, Title, Title before remix, remix after title before, featuring after artist ... as they are
letting the skinner take the decision where and how to display this indication or not, using mute query
or maybe an extra parameter showmute="false"
