This isn't particularly isolated with VDJ, but I need some assistance in setting up my G2V. My iMac and my Windows Laptop does not read. I've ordered another USB cable that will be here tomorrow on the off chance that is it, but I'm stumped. If it's not the cable, what could it be? I've search every where for Firmware updates to no avail.

Anyone able to help? I replaced the USB B cable, uninstalled the audio drivers, updated USB drivers, completely wiped every trace of virtual dj and reinstalled --nothing

You tried on 2 computers and 2 cables.
