Who edit track without recording, I wanna just create looping in the end of track and add some effects. For example I wanna edit track which 2 hours duration but i wanna only add some effects in the end . Did I need wait 2 hours recording this or I can edited only and save changed track? How use Virtual DJ just for editing tracks without recording all duration (for example 2hours) ?

If it's two hours long, I doubt if it's a single track. More likely it's a DJ mix.
If you want to edit, then VDJ is not the best tool for the job. Use audio editing software such as Audacity.

Adding a loop at the end you can do in Track Cleaner.
If its just a basic loop you want.
VirutalDJ will then save a non destructive edit, that you can use (in VirtualDJ only).

Or you can use the POI editor to add markers in the songs to automatically trigger a loop, add an effect etc.
https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/virtualdj/editors/poieditor.html
But both of these are for DJing live with the software, not for exporting/saving for other use (but you can of course record, but that is in real time, and would take the time it takes for the song(s)/mix takes to play through)
For editing audio files beyond the above mentioned things, you should probably use an audio editor, such as the free Audacity for example

Why is it "not good" for you?
There are many other audio editing programs available.
VirtualDJ is not an audio editing program.
