Hi. i have tried virtual dj with my denon prime 4. i am able to use the prime 4 to play music. search tracks on my mac book. but i have no screen on the prime 4 itself. also no centre display on the jog wheels. can anyone help please? i have the latest firmware.

Unfortunately the Denon SDK is not compatible with 10.13 or earlier. You will need to upgrade your Mac's OS to 10.14 or higher to get the screens working
