Just click edit skin at an already made skin, and you can look around there.
Probably easiest way.
Its no "standard" jogwheel, it can be a circle, it can be a turntable "image", it can be anything you want ...
Typically its a circle with a rotation (source="rotation"), and a scratch element on top
