Hi, i need extended support, contact our Support Team....so i read. But it seems replaced with a automatic Zendesk. Where can i mail the support team for a question with a support ticket please? grtz

When you are presented with the Chatbox and ask a question, if an agent (real person) is available, he will take it over. Otherwise, after that step you have the option to submit a ticket
