I asked several times to cancel this subscription and they still have done nothing about it. How do you not know there must be a mistake when they are taking 2 payments from one card?

And if any error with subscriptions, contact support chat here:

But looking at your account, it does look like its already cancelled ... and single pay per month.
Unless you perhaps have multiple accounts/logins and subscribed twice or something.
