I've only just noticed this, are the 3 cuda/cuf files supposed to there and why does one say Downloading?

Probably updating.
Didnt see a popup window saying downloading new stuff when starting VDJ?
If so, try delete that file, and start again...
The cuda files are for stems generation

I don't use the stem feature as yet, but Thank you for the info on what it's for
