i have a ddj800 i can it turn off shop demo mode i check the off button and close the menue and it swiches back to on need help

 Best Answer Quickest way is to delete settings.xml
To avoid actually deleting settings you can open the xml in notepad and search for

<shopDemoMode>yes</shopDemoMode>
change to no and save.

the only way : delete settings.xml
 
Go into options in the search box type demo and it will come with an option of turning the shop demo off I have just looked for you.
 
Just to add there is no need to delete settings.xml
 
was previously readonly when in demo mode (security in a way to prevent guest to do such an action)
 
He should of said that in the first place What he needs to do is go into settings in windows or mac and check the security settings to make sure everything to do with vdj is not locked out.
