Hi
I just bought my self an DDJ 1000 and it has 2 laptop-connections.
With my PRO license, can I have 2 laptops with VDJ running at the same time?
One laptop as "hot standby", so I can switch over if primary laptop fail..
I tried search but didn´t find anything.

It's not hard, but I don't see the reason why you would need that since the second laptop is there in case the first one fails.
If the first one "fails" most likely it's Ableton Link sync feature may fail as well or behave unexpectedly.
Also depending on the kind of failure (e.g. program or computer crash) I doubt if you'll have the clear mind to do anything else than loading a song on backup laptop and hitting play..
So, in my point of view all the trouble needed to make Ableton link work (like setting up a network) does not justify it's use for the purpose you're asking it.
