i upload a song and it takes almost 15sec to upload to be able to play what do i do to make it upload right away

If you have the stems enabled change it to precompute only

If you want the waveform (for stems) to draw quickly when you load tracks to the decks, then you need a computer with a dedicated GPU above a certain spec.
