I wondered if there was a way of removing effects from VDJ8?
I have started using a DDJ-400 controller and annoyingly rather than a scroll toggle, there is a single click button to scroll down the effects which is not very good when you need speed.
I have however realised I only ever use 3 effects from my list of 15, I wondered if there was a way of removing the spare ones or at least hiding them in the settings some how? Thanks

Have you tried to simply right click on the effects ?
You can delete them (if they are not native ones), ignore them (make them invisible if they are native effects) or move them to a different folder so that you can organize them better.

Yes you can
at least 3 possibilities
1) go to settings -> extensions and select find the effect and click uninstall
2) open effect selector right click the effect & select delete (or ignore)
3) go to effect folder and delete dll
