Hi I'm using Traktor s2mk2 kontroller and license with virtual dj but after half hour kontroller stops working. Is this normal?

what happens when it stops working? do the lights on the controller go off ?
As in the usb lost connection to it .
And if not, what specifically is not working? sound drop out? or sound continue but all faders are not working ?

Everything stops. The lights stay on but nothing on kontroller works. Play buttons crossfader nothing. Music still goes through but the kontroller just stops interacting with the programme

Does it do the same thing when you use it with Traktor? I have a s2 mk1 that would do the same thing
With Traktor and VDJ. In my case it was the usb cable Not that the cable was bad but native instruments recommends what the "correct" cable should be. Here.s the link to what they recommend My apologies if I shouldn't be posting this link
