Probably first thing to try is to backup, then rename your settings file vdj will then use a new default file,
Yes all your setting will go, but you have them all in backup, this will eleimante it being a corrupt settings file
Set up. Your controller again and check
You can then look at your setting backup file and see if you can find the issue

What devices are that? Some might also require drivers installed :)

I renamed the file, i un installed the software several time, still will not recognize my Gemini controllers or pmx 20 mixer
