Hello, everybody. I hope you are doing well today.
I have a Pioneer DDJ-400 controller, which I use to DJ alongside the Virtual DJ software. There is a looping technique that I would like to do, with an example here: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/cFScFDGKlIs.
How do I achieve this? Is there a particular setting I need to change or something else entirely?
Thank you for taking the time to read this post.

after you have the loop going hold shift on controller and click loop in then move jog wheel
see # 4 on the manual here the shift area

(maybe it just moves the loop around not sure)

That's brilliant. I always wondered what the shift button's purpose was, but as the saying goes, you learn something new every day. Once I set the loop, I press the shift and out buttons together, allowing me to adjust it manually. Thank you for being so helpful!
