When I try to reinstall it

While having the beta installed an update from inside Virtual DJ failed.
When you selected "Update" in the Update-dialog , VDJ was closed but nothing happened afterwards.
When you tries to restart VDJ there was an error message about missing program file.
Downloading the new version from website and installing it manually worked flawlessly.
I curious to see how it works with release version now.

I cannot get my MCX8000 to connect to Virtual DJ. Audio plays out of the controller but none of the controls work, and the connect screen never pops up. Please help!!

I had trouble when installing VDJ 2023 over the previous version on MacOS Ventura. The installation went well, seemingly, but when I opened the app it had not been updated. I had to uninstall the previous version and then install 2023.
Go figure..
