need help asap. I bought the product it has been charged to my cc and I downloaded it but it does not open or show up. My laptop is brand new and it keeps redirecting me to the Microsoft store to open it. says something about s mode and am frustrated by now because I don't know what to do and need this application asap

Convert Windows S to normal windows (sure it's in activation settings) then install from this website.
If the laptop comes with Windpws S it's performance may not be good enough as that is generally supplied with very low end units.
