Use the action ... sampler_play_stop 'pathtoYourVideo'
E.g.
sampler_play_stop 'E:\Videos\test.mp4'
E.g.
sampler_play_stop 'E:\Videos\test.mp4'

You can use sampler_play (on one POI to play) and sampler_stop (on another POI to stop)
