It only happens with Beatlock active, it's some conflict with the VDJ.

This is the programming of VDJ. Was probably changed from version 7 to 8. Why that is - I have no idea. Can be found quite a bit via google. Mostly it is written it is because of the "Motor"...

Yes, some engine-related conflict, but I think the VDJ team would easily resolve it.
