Hi im using 2 numark ndx500s and a externel pioneer djm350 mixer , been great on vdj , but tonight it seemed like vjd rebooted itself as if it was a new install and now im stuck with channel 2 being massively lower in volume to channel 1 , tested using the same track on both decks , ive checked settings but im still not getting anywhere , any help appreciated

It doesn't look like you have a license to use VDJ with external hardware

No im fully licensed , and not had any issues for over 1 year till now

Never really had a issue other than needing to map etc this is a completely new and random issue
