I can't figure out how I get someting done. I want to start a sample but I want to stop the rest of the samples when that one is playing. So that there is only one sample playing at the time. Thanks for helping in me in advance.

There is actually a feature for that built into the software
You need to use groups. If you use sample groups, the other samples in the same group will stop when you trigger a new one
So you can basically add the samples you want to "stop each other" (only one sample playing at the time) to a group by right-clicking and assigning to a group
