It's just an opinion but when I use the Opus Quad it seems to sound a little better on Serato than on VDJ. I saw that there are some settings in the EQ parameters. Would it help if I went to these settings?

No, Opus Quad uses it's own hardware EQ.

If you mean to control stems via the EQ knobs, NO IT'S NOT POSSIBLE.
It's a firmware limitation. Pioneer/Alphatheta will have to update the firmware of the device in order to allow such operation (similar to what it did with DDJ-REV7)
