IWhy VDJ doesn't read the color TAG and CUE points of some tracks while it does good for many others....

Didnt know Serato has Track Colors, unless you mean Hotcue colors
What do you have for getCuesFromTags setting in VirtualDJ ?
If set to New Files, perhaps you need to set to Always to get all of them and set back to New Files when done.
If still not working, can you check the filetype of these Tracks , mp3, flac, some other ?

Thanks for your answer.
Yes, Serato has a color tag for tracks, as well as cuepoints. When I add new music I organize and tag it in Serato (because I've also been using it since 2009). It's really useful that VDJ then reads the Serato crates so I don't have to do double work when organizing my files.
The tracks are all MP3 but the Tags are not recognized for all the files and I can't understand why.
I am referring to the old and the new files.
