I did set the masteroutput attenuation to -12 on my ddj 1000 or the outputlevel is way to high.
But when i connect a tablet or iphone or another pioneer controller to channel 3 or 4 the levels are so low that i have to put up the mastervolume to max, the output on the other device on max and trim on max before you get a reasonable sound volume.
When connecting a cdl on channel 3 or 4 it works flawless.
Any way to solve this ??

Change zerodb setting in VirtualDJ to -9db or -6db and restore master attenuation to 0db
This won't solve the problem entirely though. Your tablet's / phone's headphone output is NOT a line output. It is NOT as "hot" as a CDJ line output.
However, by lowering zerodb value you can keep the volumes in a more controlled manner. You'll still have to "lower" CDJs a little and boost tablet/phone a little, but you won't have to go to the extremes
