I'm having some issues on VDJ only when used with Phase DJ, has this been fixed? or I'm I missing something?

A new Mapping with some fixes is in works, but for your case need to know ..
- What is the firmware version of your Phase ?
- Are you using Phase in HID or DVS with VirtualDJ ?
If you are using Phase with DVS and you have disabled/ignored the HID device, then yes, the leds will not work - it's something that will be fixed in next Mapping version.
