How do I rebass my songs in Virtual Dj to or close to 21hz - 41hz? Is there a plugin to do this? I'm trying to figure out how to get this done a simple way as possible.

Rebass them? You want to add more bass depth?
What kind of speaker system are you using, that reproduces down to 21Hz?
There are a whole host of VST plugins for generating new subharmonic frequencies. Google!

I still don't know how to use the Vst yet.
