What's the script so whenever I move the crossfader to the opposite deck the bass knob turns down while I'm moving the crossfader?

read up on the effect_mixfx scripts.
 
It's called Smartfader. I found it.
 
How do I make a script so whenever I move the crossfader it turns down the bass on the deck and moves the other one up similar to the smart fader?
 
your slider has an implicit value it passes [0.0 - 1.0] , you manipulate that implicit with multiplication & addition till it's the value you need.
